Thoroughly rinse the Sea Moss.

Soak the Sea Moss in a bowl for at least 12-24 hrs.

Rinse the Sea Moss, and place in the blender.

Add half a cup of spring water, and blend until a smooth, gel-like consistency is achieved. Adjust with more water, a little at a time, until you reach your desired thickness.

Gel will continue to thicken when refrigerated.
